Although Memphis University School offers much more, the core value of the school has always been academic excellence and preparation for college. While we offer a variety of courses, they are focused on the traditional liberal arts: English, Mathematics, Foreign Language, History, Sciences, and Fine Arts. The experienced, dedicated, and caring faculty is the driving academic force at MUS. Academic excellence is evident in Advanced Placement scores, participation in academic honor societies, success in interscholastic competitions, college acceptances and scholarship programs, and intraschool awards given at graduation.
